General Cleaning
- £15 per hour
Regular household cleaning for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
No housekeeping services (laundry, ironing, shopping, cooking).
Specialised services
- Deep Cleaning
A one-off intensive clean for occupied homes or long-term lets that need extra attention. Includes all rooms, skirting boards, cupboards, and interior windows.
Prices start
- End of Tenancy Cleaning
A full deep clean of every room including kitchen appliances, bathrooms, floors, doors, and internal windows. Perfect for landlords and tenants who need a property ready for inspection.
Typical prices start from £120 for a one-bedroom flat, £150–£180 for a two-bedroom property, and £200–£260 for larger three or four-bedroom homes. - After-Build and Refurbishment Cleaning
Ideal for newly built or renovated properties. We remove dust, paint splashes, and residue, polish fittings, and leave the space ready for viewing or handover.
Prices usually start from £150 for smaller flats and range between £200 and £350 for medium or larger homes depending on condition. - Clean and Clear Package
For properties that need both cleaning and light waste removal. We take care of leftover rubbish, bagged debris, and deep clean the interior so it’s ready for marketing or move-in.
Prices start from £180 for smaller homes and vary by the amount of waste and access.
